The Beginning
Where It All Started

Hi, I’m Kelsey Kruger, the heart behind KelsEvents.

My journey into event planning and styling didn’t start with a business plan. It started at home.

I found myself creating small, beautiful spaces for my family: setting tables, adding thoughtful details, and turning simple gatherings into something that felt a little more special. At the time, it just felt natural to me. But one day, I noticed something different. I saw the way everyone lingered a little longer, the way conversations flowed, and the way those moments brought us closer together.

That’s when it clicked.

It wasn’t just about how things looked; it was about how they felt. Those spaces created connection. They turned ordinary days into something memorable, and that feeling stayed with me long after the moment had passed.

Over time, that’s where my passion for event planning, event styling, and creating truly began. I started seeing every setup as an opportunity to create something people would remember, not just for how it looked, but for how it made them feel. What started as something small quickly became a passion I couldn’t ignore, and then it became KelsEvents.

But then I was reminded of something simple.

This business isn’t just about events. It’s about me.

It’s about the way I care, the way I create, and the way I pour so much of myself into every single moment. And that’s how KelsEvents came to life, a name that reflects not just what I do, but who I am.

Because for me, this is so much more than work.

KelsEvents is where I feel most like myself. It’s where I get to connect with people, understand their vision, and bring it to life in a way that feels real, personal, and unforgettable.
